Christine Michaels is an experienced consultant specializing in the areas of Career Development, Employee Engagement and Organizational Development. Her career spans both the public and private sectors and includes industries such as financial services, investment banking, information technology and higher education.
As a consultant for Talent Dimensions she has led training events for an array of clients in numerous industries. As the Lead Trainer for a $4B technology company in NY, she led a large scale implementation and delivery of TD’s Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em. Christine successfully trained 400+ managers in Love ‘Em strategies over a two year period, resulting in significant boosts in employee engagement survey scores.
She has also consulted, designed and delivered career development and outplacement programs for senior executives, managers and front-line staff in the public and private sector across the US. She has provided individual career coaching at all levels for numerous organizations, where she helps employees maximize their effectiveness at work and create career development plans that drive business results. Christine also has experience as a Senior Consultant in the country’s largest corporate outplacement center as a Career Coach and Trainer for more than ten years.
Christine holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology and a Master of Education in Counseling from Columbia University in New York. She attainted her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.
Christine is a Master Career Development Professional (MCDP) and a Certified Resume Writer (CRW). She has extensive experience with numerous assessment tools such as MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Campbell Interest and Skill Survey and DISC. She is also a certified DISC Instructor.
